25 green startup ideas/projects

From the time of launching until the end of July 2024, the Organizing Committee of the competition received 199 startup ideas/projects from individuals and groups with a passion for innovation from 46 provinces and cities across the country. Through the evaluation and screening process from the Jury, 119 ideas/projects from 44 provinces and cities were selected to participate in the Semi-finals.

The Organizing Committee presented souvenirs to the participating units.

Ideas/projects are divided into Table A and Table B, in which Table A is for ideas, or has had prototypes or products on the market for less than 1 year. Table B is for projects that have been in practical business for more than 1 year.

The 2nd semi-final round of the 10th Green Startup Ideas/Project Competition - Sustainable Development 2024 held in Dak Lak province, had 25 Ideas/Projects, coming from 11 provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau , Phu Yen, Lam Dong, Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Quang Ngai, Da Nang. Ms. Vu Kim Anh, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Green Startup Competition, said that after 10 years of implementation, the competition has created an ecosystem of young entrepreneurs, confident in starting a business in many agricultural fields. Wanting to develop themselves and contribute to solving employment in rural and urban areas; remote areas; ethnic minority areas...

“Many of your projects focus on sustainable development, environmental protection for community livelihoods, and social impact. From making products, you also think about how to create livelihoods for farmers, and how the products will compete if they are to develop in a good, sustainable way,” said Ms. Kim Anh.
