– Asset 1 : Truck (closed box) brand CHANGAN, model number: SC1022DB4N4, vehicle color: White, license plate: 43C-256.80, frame number: RPMCN2F4CKN000169, engine number: JL466Q1H61E500155 according to Vehicle Registration Certificate No: 43010799 issued by the Traffic Police Department - Da Nang City Police on November 25, 2021.

– Asset 02 : Truck (closed box) brand CHANGAN, model number: SC1022DB4N4, vehicle color: White, license plate: 43C-256.01, frame number: RPMCN2F4CKN000122, engine number: JL466Q1J61E500684 according to Vehicle Registration Certificate No.: 43010800 issued by the Traffic Police Department - Da Nang City Police on November 25, 2021.

• The above assets are auctioned together at one time)

Sell/transfer according to actual condition of property.

3. Time and place to view auctioned assets :

• Property viewing time: From November 27, 2024 to December 11, 2024 during business hours.
• Location: 140 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city - LPBank Da Nang branch.

4. Time and place for selling auction documents:

Time for selling auction participation documents: From November 27, 2024, the day the Joint Stock Auction Company / HTC Vietnam posts the Property Auction Notice until 17:00 on December 9, 2024 (During office hours, excluding holidays) at No. 125 Be Van Dan, Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City.

5. Starting price of the auctioned property: 850,000 VND (In words: One hundred ninety-two million, eight hundred and fifty thousand VND even).

Price does not include notarization fee for the Auction Property Sale Contract, personal income tax (if any), corporate income tax, VAT (if any).

6. Bidding document purchase fee: 000 VND (Two hundred thousand VND) ;
