Foods not to eat at night.
Besides pizza, hamburgers are also a food that should not be eaten at night. A small hamburger provides up to 500 calories, while a weight loss dinner should only contain about 200-300 calories.
- Potatoes : Foods made from potatoes such as chips, french fries... contain a lot of starch and unhealthy fats... also causing rapid weight gain.
- Instant noodles: It is a convenient food with an attractive taste, especially for young people. However, when consuming instant noodles in the evening - that means we have absorbed too much fat and simple carbohydrates.
