336 health insurance cards were jointly presented by the Hanoi Blind Association and Dan Tri Newspaper to children of visually impaired members in difficult circumstances.

On the morning of September 13, in Hanoi, the City Blind Association and Dan Tri Newspaper jointly organized a program to present 336 health insurance cards to children of visually impaired members in difficult circumstances. This is a meaningful and compassionate activity at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.

According to Vice President in charge of the Hanoi Blind Association Hoang Manh Cuong, from 2024, the program "Step up to school - give health insurance cards to disadvantaged students" by Dan Newspaper The initiative has also reached members of the Hanoi Association for the Blind to support students who are children of the visually impaired on their journey to knowledge.

At the program, representatives of local agencies and organizations, families and students representing 336 children were supported with health insurance cards, contributing to health care and disease prevention for young children.
