First, innovation in production technology: Investing in modern technology and equipment is a key factor that helps us optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This will help us compete better in both price and quality compared to international competitors.

Second, new product development: We will continue to invest in research and development (R&D) to launch new product lines to meet market needs, especially environmentally friendly products, unique, differentiated, personalized products, in line with the global sustainable consumption trend. To achieve that, we have cooperated with design teams around the world to launch exclusive Secoin collections or combine our handmade products with Sarowski Gemstone Group.

Secoin products must be products that actively meet five criteria: Safe for people and the earth; Made from renewable and recycled resources whenever possible; Produced responsibly with respect for human rights, labor rights and pollution prevention; Products that are durable; Designed to improve the environmental performance of the home, such as in terms of water and energy use.

Third, expanding export markets: We will increase trade promotion, participate in international fairs, and take advantage of free trade agreements (FTAs) that Vietnam has signed to expand Secoin's presence in potential markets.

Promoting pure Vietnamese products that are highly appreciated for their unique artistic value from the hands of Vietnamese artisans and for their historical and cultural values ​​through many generations. The reputation of Vietnamese cement tiles has surpassed that of countries such as Spain, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, etc.

Fourth, build a strong brand strategy: Not only stopping at production, we will invest heavily in communication and marketing to build a more prestigious and trustworthy brand image, thereby creating trust with domestic and international customers.

Fifth, human resource development: People are the decisive factor for the success of the enterprise. We will focus on training and developing human resources, from managers to employees, to improve management capacity, creativity and respond to rapid changes in the market.

Sixth, practice the ESG framework in all of Secoin's production and business activities. These solutions not only help Secoin consolidate its position in the domestic market, but also create the premise for us to expand further in the international market, while maintaining sustainable competitiveness in the long term.
