Answering the question “How to livestream to sell effectively?”, Mr. Le Tri Thong, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association, said that businesses need to understand the characteristics of each platform to choose the right products, scripts and KOLs/KOCs. “The people who operate and the brand story are the factors that retain customers,” Mr. Thong emphasized.

From a training perspective, Ms. Pham Thu Phuong Thao Vi, Training Director of Tri Tam Academy, said: “To livestream effectively, you must determine the right goal: increase awareness or increase sales. Each industry and customer group needs its own content and a well-trained team, both internally and through open programs.”

Mr. Pham Tuan Hai, Deputy General Director of E2E E-commerce Company - KIDO Group recommends that businesses invest long-term, especially in the stage of building an online brand. Businesses should balance selling products with a profit margin of 50% or more to ensure cost-effective advertising and content production.
