Anatsa malware is causing panic among Android users because of its ability to steal financial information extremely quickly. This type of malware hides in seemingly harmless applications like “PDF Reader” or “Document Viewer”.
Once installed, the fake app will ask for Accessibility permissions and SMS reading permissions to take control of the phone. When you open your banking app, Anatsa inserts a fake interface to steal your password and OTP code.
If your phone suddenly slows down, the battery drains quickly, data usage increases abnormally, or you receive strange OTPs, you may have been infected with malware. Users should immediately remove suspicious applications and turn off Accessibility permissions if they detect unusual signs. In addition, you need to change your bank password on the security device and immediately notify the bank to lock the account.
Experts recommend always checking access rights, only downloading reputable applications and enabling 2-factor authentication to protect your account. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Many scams using AI technology are on the rise | News 141
