532 eligible social housing purchase applications approved

The social housing project on the left bank of the Red River in Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city is gradually being completed.

Specifically, at the social housing project of the Residential Area adjacent to the extended B6 Road, Bac Lenh Ward, Lao Cai City, the investor sent 245 applications to the Department of Construction for approval; of which 127 applications were eligible to buy a house, and the unit signed a contract to buy and sell 56 apartments.

At the social housing project on the left bank of the Red River, Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city, 341 applications were sent to the Department of Construction; after review, 266 applications were eligible to buy a house.

The social housing project in the Northwest reserve area, Sa Pa town, has sent 139 applications to the Department of Construction, of which 139 applications are qualified and the unit has signed contracts with 127 customers.

The social housing project on the left bank of the Red River is ready for the topping-out ceremony on May 19.

In recent times, Lao Cai province has promoted the development of social housing in the area, helping low-income people buy houses and stabilize their lives.
