The official parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification began at 6:30 a.m. on April 30, on Le Duan Street, in front of the Reunification Hall. It then split into four directions and moved to the assembly point at Tao Dan Park, Bach Dang Wharf Park, Hoa Lu Stadium and Le Van Tam Park.

To ensure security, order and traffic safety for the organization of the state-level rehearsal and the official celebration of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police has banned people and vehicles from more than 20 central routes from April 27 to April 30 so that people can proactively travel. On the parade rehearsal day of April 27, Ho Chi Minh City banned all vehicles from circulating and stopping from 3am to 12am.

For the official anniversary (Wednesday, April 30), traffic and parking will be prohibited from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 30.
