Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Binh Long Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. Le Van Vui said: The company is managing 14,317.93 hectares, of which 11,318.02 hectares are exploited rubber. With the great efforts and determination of the staff and workers, in the past 5 years, the company's exploited rubber latex output reached 95,986 tons, reaching 110.33%, exceeding 8,986 tons compared to the resolution target. The company's total processed output in 5 years was 110,844 tons, reaching 100.3% of the resolution target. Consumption reached 110,729 tons of all kinds of latex, reaching 100.21% of the resolution target, of which 55,408 tons were exported, accounting for over 50% of total consumed products, the long-term contract ratio reached over 70% of consumed output; Conduct good research and develop new markets in the US, EU, China, and India.
The products are manufactured on a new technological line, diverse in types, quality meets TCVN standards, industry standards and requirements of domestic and foreign customers. The company continues to expand and increase the capacity of the RSS latex processing line at Quan Loi Mechanical Processing Enterprise to 2,500 tons/year to increase output. This is a new product in the company's product structure, currently highly trusted by many domestic and foreign customers.
Not only focusing on improving productivity and quality of rubber latex products, investment work is carried out in the right focus, key points, investment capital is concentrated on works and projects such as: building 3 new offices and 51 latex delivery points at production units; building 11.7km of new asphalt roads, 90km of graded roads, investing in technical infrastructure works serving production, purchasing machinery and processing equipment. During the term, the Party Committee of the company implemented the planning of high-tech agricultural areas with an area of 350 hectares of rubber land with sufficient conditions to convert to other crops for higher economic efficiency. The company has converted 150 hectares of rubber land to develop high-tech agricultural projects (planting bananas in tissue culture) according to the model of cooperation, investment association with large enterprises, profit from 37-45 million VND/ha/year.
Mr. Le Van Vui shared: With the goal of production and business associated with environmental protection, social responsibility, and for people, the company organizes production and business activities in compliance with the sustainable forest management plan approved by the group, building many new solutions that bring high efficiency. As a result, the company was granted a certificate of sustainable forest management according to the VFCS/PEFC-FM standard on the entire area of 14,000 hectares of rubber; was assessed and granted a certificate of product chain of custody according to the PEFC-CoC-DDS standard; coordinated with PEFC to provide data and create promotional documents for Binh Long Rubber products certified for sustainable forest management system and product chain of custody according to PEFC standards for rubber latex products. During its tenure, the company has been continuously recognized as a sustainable enterprise by the VCCI Business Council for Sustainable Development (top 10 in 2022; top 100 in 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024).
Implement good policies with employees
According to the company's Trade Union Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Phung, in the past term, although the production and business situation still had many difficulties, the company always tried to ensure stable jobs, salaries and income for employees at a high level compared to the general level. The average income of officials, civil servants and employees during the term was 11,138 million VND/person/month, reaching 123.76%, exceeding 2,138 million VND/person/month compared to the resolution's target. In the past 5 years, the company has organized recruitment, training and retraining of skills for 2,730 employees, with a total support fund of 308.6 million VND. Up to now, the company has 3,413 employees, including 620 ethnic minority employees, ensuring enough human resources to serve production and business activities, and a professional and friendly working environment.
The company always pays attention to implementing the regulations of the State and the group on policies and regimes for employees, the total amount implemented during the term is 582,015 billion VND. Every year, the Party Committee, the Board of Directors coordinate with the company's Trade Union to organize tours, travel, study, and return to the source for employees during the off-season; visit and give gifts to workers; build union shelters for workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of more than 53.7 billion VND. The company always pays attention to health care for officers, employees, and workers; organizes periodic health check-ups twice a year, invests in purchasing machinery and medical equipment to serve the needs of medical examination and treatment for employees with more than 8 billion VND.
Mr. Dieu Duong, a worker at Team 1, Dong No Team, said that in recent times, in addition to fully and promptly implementing policies and regulations for workers, the company has also paid special attention to taking care of workers in difficult circumstances such as: visiting, giving gifts, supporting loans to develop family economy, building union shelters and many other practical activities.
Attention to Party building work
Identifying production and business as the central task, Party building as the key, during the term, the Party building work in politics and ideology continued to be especially focused on and strengthened by the Company's Party Committee. Party Secretary Le Van Vui said: The Company's Party Committee always pays attention to directing Party committees at all levels to strengthen political and ideological education, raise awareness and self-awareness among cadres and Party members, create unity in ideology, awareness and action among each cadre, Party member and worker. Party building work in terms of organization has been implemented more actively and effectively. The organization of the political system has been innovated and improved step by step, towards streamlining, compactness, effectiveness and efficiency. The Party Committee has led the arrangement and organization of a number of specialized departments with similar functions and tasks (reducing from 10 professional departments to 7); Reorganize the management apparatus, the 3-level operating model (company - farm - team) down to 2 levels (company - team); streamline the payroll and restructure the staff according to job positions and competency framework. Thereby contributing to reducing focal points, reducing management staff in agencies and units; streamlining indirect labor from 9% to 6%.
Since the beginning of the term, the company's Party Committee has rotated, transferred, appointed, and nominated 89 candidates, including 9 positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The company's Party Committee has admitted 203 new Party members, reaching 101.5% of the resolution's target. The rate of grassroots Party organizations and Party members completing their tasks well or better is over 95%.

Total rubber latex output in 5 years was 111,735 tons, reaching 101.12%, exceeding 1,235 tons compared to the resolution target. Average garden productivity in 5 years reached 2,023 tons/ha, exceeding the resolution target, continuously being a member of the 2 tons/ha Club of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group for 13 years. Total revenue in 5 years was 5,335 billion VND, reaching 102.40%, exceeding 125 billion VND compared to the resolution target. State budget payment was 684 billion VND, reaching 139.59%, exceeding 194 billion VND compared to the resolution target. Total replanting area was more than 2,350 hectares, reaching 117.5%, exceeding 350 hectares compared to the resolution target. |
