Sharing before the training session, striker Vu Thi Hoa (left) said that currently the Vietnamese women's team is focusing on improving their physical strength. The training session took place in a comfortable atmosphere. Although the temperature in Hanoi has decreased, the hot weather still makes the players lose more energy than when practicing outdoors. According to the plan, the Vietnamese women's team will gather in 4 phases, from May 22 to August 2023. After phase 1 (from May 22 to June 4) training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, coach Mai Duc Chung's team will have a training trip to Germany in the next phase.
