NDO - On the occasion of the New Year 2025, preparing to welcome the Spring of At Ty, on the afternoon of January 19 at the Party Central Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam met with a group of outstanding overseas Vietnamese returning to their homeland to celebrate the traditional New Year and attend the program "Spring Homeland 2025".
