Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through Binh Duong coincides with 15.3km of My Phuoc Tan Van road and passes through the An Son and Thuan An fruit orchards. Binh Duong province is urging units to focus resources to ensure progress, and the project is expected to start construction on June 15, 2023.

The project through Binh Duong is 26.6km long, of which Tan Van intersection is 2.4km long, the section coinciding with My Phuoc Tan Van road is 15.3km long and the section from Binh Chuan to Saigon river is nearly 9km long. The total investment for Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through Binh Duong is 19,280 billion VND, of which construction and installation costs are more than 5,750 billion VND, the rest is for compensation and resettlement support. This is the section of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong coinciding with My Phuoc Tan Van road, 15.3km long. This road section coinciding with My Phuoc Tan Van has been invested in building 6 lanes running from the starting point of Tan Van intersection to the beginning of Thu Dau Mot city. This is the 8.9 km long section from Binh Chuan to Saigon River. This section, from the My Phuoc Tan Van intersection, will pass through Phu Hoa ward (Thu Dau Mot city) down to An Thanh and An Son wards of Thuan An city. From here, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 will pass through Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, National Highway 13 and Cach Mang Thang 8 street. The area in the picture is still empty, with few households having built houses. This section has been marked for site clearance. Currently, Binh Duong province has approved compensation land prices through localities. Some places are handing over the site. Localities are urging compensation payments to affected households. It is expected that 70% of the site along the entire route will be handed over next month, the rest will be received in the following period. This is the area of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 passing through An Son commune, Thuan An city. This place has only a few houses, most of which are agricultural land growing fruit trees, mostly mangosteen gardens. Legal procedures for the project through Binh Duong have basically been completed. In early June 2023, the selection of construction contractors, consultants, and insurance will continue. Binh Duong is also the locality that will invest in building Binh Goi Bridge across the Saigon River. The People's Committee of Binh Duong province said that it is urging units to focus resources to ensure progress, and is expected to start construction on the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong on June 15, 2023.
