The Land Fund Development Center of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just issued a document requesting to handle incorrect information related to the auctioned land to implement the 3/2 Street Urban Area project in Vung Tau City.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the auctioned land to implement the 3/2 Street Urban Area, Vung Tau City was approved by the Provincial People's Committee for auction on March 19, 2025.

On this basis, on March 25, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center signed a contract to hire a consulting unit to organize the auction of the land. Currently, the consulting unit is carrying out the procedures for notification and public listing to prepare for the auction. The expected auction date is April 26, 2025.

Although the land has not been auctioned, recently on social networks there have been many advertisements and sales of the "super urban coastal project Vung Tau".

However, recently, on websites such as “aqland.vn; datxanh.homes; sungroup-vungtau.vn; tdgland.com…” and social networking platforms, there has been a lot of inaccurate information related to the land, including information about the sale of the “super coastal urban project Vung Tau” with perspective images of the land in Ward 10, Ward 11, Vung Tau City.

To ensure that the auction is organized openly and transparently, avoiding incorrect information about the project that affects the process of learning and participating in the auction of investors, the Land Fund Development Center requests the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to consider and give instructions to specialized agencies to strengthen measures to prevent and handle inaccurate information.

Regarding this incident, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province also sent an urgent document to relevant parties when some social media platforms appeared with information about the project for sale. However, social media still continuously appeared with information about the project for sale.
The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province also assigned the provincial police to direct local police to grasp the situation, investigate and report to competent authorities to strictly handle organizations and individuals who post inaccurate information affecting the real estate market and land use rights auctions in the province according to the law.

Previously, the Land Fund Development Center of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province announced the selection of an organization to conduct auctions of land use rights with an auction area of 59.7 hectares, of which residential land area is more than 19.1 hectares; commercial service land is more than 35.6 hectares; service - public works land is more than 5 hectares.

The form of land allocation is with land use fee collection for residential land; land lease with one-time payment for the remaining area. The land use term is 50 years from the date of land allocation. The starting price offered by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for auction of the above land is more than 7,628 billion VND. Of which, the value of the right to use the residential land area is more than 5,788 billion VND; the value of the right to use the remaining area is more than 1,840 billion VND.
