On October 7, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province said that the Department has just decided to establish 12 teams of 240 students to participate in training and preparation for the national exam to select excellent high school students in the 2025-2026 school year.
The Department of Education and Training assigned Bac Giang Specialized High School to coordinate with Bac Ninh Specialized High School to develop a plan to train and coach teams and students according to the decision approved by the Department of Education and Training.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the Bac Ninh Education sector plans to participate in 12 national excellent student exams including: Literature, History, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics, Biology, English, Chinese, Japanese and French.

Previously (on September 11 and 12), at Bac Giang High School for the Gifted, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh organized an exam to establish teams of Bac Ninh province to participate in the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2025-2026 school year.
Participating in the provincial team formation exam were 470 candidates from 14 high schools and FPT Bac Ninh Primary, Secondary and High Schools. Bac Giang Specialized High School had the largest number of candidates with 232 candidates. Next was Bac Ninh Specialized High School with 186 candidates. Other high schools with students participating were: Lang Giang No. 1, Giap Hai, Han Thuyen, Ly Thuong Kiet, Ly Thai To, Son Dong No. 1...
