Since 6am, Mrs. Phan Thi Lu (73 years old) has been at Can Gio Medical Center (formerly) - now Tu Du Hospital, branch 2, waiting to see a doctor. She shared with a gentle smile: "Knowing that doctors from the city are coming to Can Gio, I am very happy, so I went a little early" - Mrs. Lu shared.
Dr. Tuan Kiet of the Internal Medicine Department of Le Van Thinh Hospital gently placed the stethoscope on Mrs. Lu and asked: "How are you feeling, tell me."
Without telling her condition, Mrs. Lu replied: "The doctor in the city is both good and sweet-talking."

Nearly 100 doctors, nurses and technicians from 8 hospitals including Tu Du Hospital, Eye Hospital, Ear - Nose - Throat Hospital, Le Van Thinh Hospital, Rehabilitation & Occupational Disease Treatment Hospital, Traditional Medicine Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital and Dentistry - Jaw - Face Hospital were present in Can Gio, fully equipped with internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics to serve the people.

Previously, at 4:45 a.m., at Le Van Thinh Hospital, 19 doctors and 9 nurses and technicians received the decision to mobilize to support Can Gio.
After the instructions and encouragement of Dr. Tran Van Khanh - Director of the Hospital, the group immediately got on the car, crossed the bridge, and crossed the ferry while it was still early morning, to start medical examination and treatment activities on the first day at Tu Du Hospital, branch 2.
