Bac Tra My exceeded the target of digitizing archived records.

(QNO) - After 90 days of implementing the peak campaign to digitize archived records, the entire Bac Tra My district has completed digitizing 46,104 records (the plan was 40,200 records), reaching 114.7% of the target.

Units with large numbers such as Tra My Town People's Committee have digitized 11,387 records, Tra Duong Commune People's Committee 6,791 records, Tra Tan Commune People's Committee 4,893 records, District Department of Internal Affairs 9,789 records. The assignment of specific tasks and the active participation of cadres and civil servants at agencies and units have contributed significantly to helping to exceed the set targets.

Previously, the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Bac Tra My district organized many training courses on digital skills for more than 100 cadres, civil servants and public employees of departments and People's Committees of communes and towns.

Through training, staff are fully equipped with knowledge about the digitization process, software operations as well as technical requirements to ensure the quality and legality of digitized records, contributing to improving the efficiency of archiving and managing records.
