Since the beginning of the year, X20 Thanh Hoa Company Limited has ensured good jobs and income for employees with an average income of more than 11.2 million VND/person/month (an increase of 12% compared to the same period last year). Meals for employees are still maintained, ensuring quantity, quality and food hygiene and safety. Welfare policies are fully implemented according to the signed agreement.

Also from the beginning of the year until now, the Trade Union of X20 Thanh Hoa Company Limited has had many specific and practical activities towards workers. Notably: Organizing visits and giving gifts to cadres and union members in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 with a total amount of nearly 40 million VND; organizing a year-end party and lucky draw for union members with a total amount of more than 60 million VND; organizing periodic health check-ups for 225 union members and workers.

Along with caring for and taking care of workers, the grassroots trade union has done a good job of advising, proposing, and launching emulation movements among union members and workers to speed up the production progress of products; ensuring on-time delivery and quality according to the assigned plan. Launching emulation movements to strive to complete the planned targets and production and business tasks that have been determined in 2025; launching and implementing well the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "5 best, 3 no" movements; "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring safety and labor hygiene" movements associated with emulation movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors.

Responding to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Workers' Month 2025; The Company's grassroots trade union executive board has coordinated with agencies and units to implement many activities to attract union members and workers to participate.

On this occasion, the National Defense Trade Union presented gifts to the X20 Thanh Hoa Company Limited Trade Union; presented 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.
