The Vietnam Agricultural Products Map was initiated by the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) to create a digital data platform on agricultural products nationwide.
This project helps introduce typical agricultural products of 34 provinces and cities in the first phase, serving the promotion, lookup of product information, manufacturers and distributors.
After launching, the Vietnam Agricultural Products Map will be made public on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development: www.dms.gov.vn, creating conditions for everyone to easily look up and access information on Vietnamese agricultural products.

The Vietnamese Agricultural Products Map will be officially launched within the framework of the Vietnamese Agricultural Products Week 2025, taking place on October 24-25, 2025 at 45 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi . The event is considered the starting point for building a unified data system, promoting and connecting agricultural product consumption nationwide.
Not only has commercial value, the Vietnamese Agricultural Products Map also has cultural significance, contributing to affirming the position and brand of Vietnamese agricultural products in domestic and international markets.
In the first phase, the Vietnam Agricultural Products Map focuses on introducing typical products of each locality, proposed by the Department of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities based on criteria of quality, reputation and regional representation.
Each product on the Vietnamese Agricultural Products Map not only has economic value but also contains a cultural story, the working spirit and pride of the farmer. This approach contributes to creating a comprehensive and vivid picture of Vietnamese agricultural products on the digital map.

The Vietnam Agricultural Products Map is designed as an open platform, providing complete information on origin, growing areas, production processes, quality certifications, businesses, cooperatives and distribution channels.
With rich data sources, the Vietnam Agricultural Products Map becomes a tool to directly connect producers, consumers and distributors, and at the same time create a bridge with export partners. Thereby, this platform contributes to increasing the competitiveness and brand value of Vietnamese agricultural products.
A representative of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development shared: “Each product appearing on the Vietnam Agricultural Products Map is a slice of culture, quality and local pride”. This initiative not only helps promote products but also spreads the value of Vietnamese people through each agricultural product.
The Vietnam Agricultural Map will be continuously supplemented and updated with data, truly reflecting the potential and advantages of each region. The project is expected to become a strategic tool to promote and boost trade, while supporting agricultural development policy planning.
