According to the signed content, Agribank Doan Ket Lai Chau Branch will provide credit products and banking services such as: loans, deposits, payments, e-banking, insurance... suitable to the needs of each member. Coordinate to carry out a number of social activities and social security work in the locality according to the plan of each period. Doan Ket Ward Farmers' Association synthesizes the loan needs of members, coordinates with Agribank Doan Ket Lai Chau Branch to organize appraisal and complete loan applications. Coordinate in monitoring the use of loans, urging debt collection, and limiting overdue debts.

After agreeing on the contents, the two parties signed a cooperation agreement. This cooperation agreement is effective from the date of signing until one party notifies the other party of termination and is accepted in writing.

The signing program aims to strengthen coordination between Agribank Doan Ket Lai Chau Branch and Doan Ket Ward Farmers' Association in implementing credit policies to serve agricultural , rural and farmer development. Thereby, helping members access preferential loans, promote production and business, create jobs, increase income, improve living standards, and contribute to limiting black credit.

On this occasion, Agribank Doan Ket Branch has deployed instructions on credit granting process, loan application, loan conditions; loan interest rates, preferential loan programs; regulations on establishing loan groups, forms of loan group commission payment; instructions for members to access loan sources and use loan capital.
