Continuing the working program, on the morning of November 23, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to give opinions and policies on a number of contents under its authority. Comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; fellow members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

At the conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the draft reports: results of inspection, supervision (KTGS), Party discipline; internal affairs, anti-corruption work; judicial reform in 2024, key tasks in 2025. Concluding this content, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the content of the draft reports; requested the units to absorb the opinions of the Standing Committee, review and complete the reports.

Giving opinions on the draft Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on local defense work; on the task of ensuring security and order, building the Ha Nam police force in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee unanimously assigned the Provincial Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to complete the documents before promulgation.

Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Regarding the Draft Work Program for 2025; Inspection and Supervision Program; Internal Affairs, Judicial Reform and Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity Work Program of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee basically agreed with the contents, and requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to accept adjustments in time and content; supplement inspection and supervision units, inspection and supervision content associated with asset declaration. Note that Party building committees and party organizations urgently develop and implement inspection and supervision programs according to their functions and tasks.

Comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee spoke at the conference.

Regarding the issuance of the Interim Report on the implementation of Conclusion No. 15-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive No. 46 CT/TW of the Politburo (11th tenure) on strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring security and order in the new situation in 2024; giving opinions on the issuance of the Report on the implementation results of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern public security force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee agreed to assign the Provincial Public Security Party Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to urgently complete the report's contents for early promulgation.

Comrade Le Hong Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission spoke at the conference.

Commenting on a number of documents of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy noted that the issuance of the Guidelines on decorating the celebration of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department needs to clearly state the responsibility of the Standing Committees of district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees in actively checking and reviewing all flags and celebrations prepared for the congress in accordance with regulations.

Comrade Tran Thi Ngan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the conference.

Commenting on the draft Report of the Provincial Party Committee on financial and budget management in 2023 and tasks in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested units to review and implement in accordance with the conclusions of the Central Inspection Committee . Commenting on the issuance of the Document of the Provincial Party Committee directing the promotion of the application of information technology in the Party agencies of Ha Nam province, the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the issuance policy and assigned units to receive and complete it for early issuance.
