On the evening of April 26, at the floating stage, Song Cau walking street (Bac Kan city, Bac Kan province), the People's Committee of Bac Kan province organized a performance of typical intangible cultural heritage of ethnic groups in the Cau River basin; Bac Kan Newspaper organized the award ceremony of the contest "Beautiful photos of tourism in the Cau River basin".

After nearly 1 month of launching, the "Beautiful photos of Cau River Basin tourism" contest organized by Bac Kan Newspaper has received 554 photos and photo reports from authors sent from many news agencies and newspapers. The organizing committee of the contest has selected 12 winning works, including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 5 consolation prizes, and 1 prize with the highest number of shares on Bac Kan Newspaper Fanpage.

The contest "Beautiful photos of tourism in the Cau River basin" organized by Bac Kan Newspaper is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the founding of Bac Kan province, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, national reunification and "Bac Kan Culture - Tourism Week" in 2025.

At the performance of intangible cultural heritage of the Cau River basin with the theme "Cau River - Source of heritage", artisans and actors from provinces and cities of the Cau River basin performed many unique folk cultural art performances.

On this occasion, 18 collectives (including the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province) and 1 individual received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province for their many achievements in participating in activities celebrating the 125th anniversary of the founding of Bac Kan province, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, national reunification and "Bac Kan Culture - Tourism Week" in 2025.

The performance "Con throwing festival" opened the intangible cultural heritage performance program on the evening of April 26.

Previously, on the evening of April 25, also at the floating stage, Song Cau walking street, the opening ceremony of "Bac Kan Culture - Tourism Week" in 2025 took place. During "Bac Kan Culture - Tourism Week" in 2025, many special activities took place such as performances of typical intangible cultural heritages of ethnic groups in the Cau River basin; exhibitions of paintings and photos promoting tourism in the provinces of the Cau River basin; fair of regional specialties in the Cau River basin; the 2025 Bac Kan province open mountain bike race; paragliding and hot air balloon performances and experiences.
