Nhan Dan Newspaper delivers the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress to the Cultural Post Offices of the communes.

To give all people the opportunity to learn, research, and thereby contribute their opinions to the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Nhan Dan Newspaper coordinated with Vietnam Post Corporation to bring the draft document to the Cultural Post Office of Bat Trang commune (Hanoi).

Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh discussed with local people about the significance of the supplement announcing draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Congress published by Nhan Dan Newspaper.

On the morning of October 28, Nhan Dan Newspaper coordinated with Vietnam Post Corporation to present a supplement announcing the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and a number of special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper to the Bat Trang Commune Cultural Post Office and the people of Bat Trang Commune (Hanoi City).

Implementing Document 18272-CV/VPTW of the Party Central Office on Nhan Dan Newspaper publishing a special supplement "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party", Nhan Dan Newspaper urgently printed and Vietnam Post simultaneously organized transportation to promptly deliver the supplement to readers nationwide.

In the second release, the supplement was jointly released by Vietnam Post and Nhan Dan Newspaper at 7,146 post offices and cultural centers nationwide.

Located right next to the dike on the right bank of the Red River, the Bat Trang Commune Cultural Post Office is designed to be spacious and clean. This is also a favorite reading cultural address for local people.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh presented the Bat Trang Commune Cultural Post Office and local people with a picture of Uncle Ho reading Nhan Dan Newspaper.

From early morning, many local people were present to read books and newspapers, learn about the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State.

General Director of Vietnam Post Chu Quang Hao introduced to readers and local people present at the Bat Trang Commune Cultural Post Office the Party's policy in announcing draft documents to be submitted to the upcoming XIV Congress, and the significance of bringing the supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper announcing draft documents to be submitted to the XIV Congress to all classes of people through the system of Commune Cultural Post Offices nationwide.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh also directly instructed people on how to scan QR codes so that they can contribute comments to documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Delighted with the innovations in propaganda work serving the 14th National Party Congress, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Boi (village 3, Bat Trang commune) said: “This year I am 80 years old.
