Barcelona beat Elche 3-1, continuing to chase Real Madrid

Early morning of November 3 (Vietnam time), Barcelona found joy again with a 3-1 victory over Elche at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys, within the framework of round 11 of La Liga. Three goals from Lamine Yamal, Ferran Torres and Marcus Rashford helped "Blaugrana" continue to chase the top team Real Madrid with a gap of 5 points.

Right from the start of the match, Elche entered the game with confidence and organized a coherent attack. However, it only took 9 minutes for Barca to break the deadlock. In the second half, Elche continued to play with determination and almost equalized when Rafa Mir's shot hit the crossbar in the 50th minute. However, Barca was still the team in control of the game. In the 61st minute, from a beautiful long pass changed direction by Fermin, Marcus Rashford used his strength to overcome the opposing defender and then fired an accurate left-footed shot, sealing a 3-1 victory for the home team.

In the final minutes, coach Hansi Flick gave Dani Olmo (66th minute) and Robert Lewandowski (74th minute) - two players who had just returned from injury - a chance to regain their playing form. Although no more goals were scored, Barca still ended the match in a proactive position and completely deserved the three full points.

This victory gives Barca eight wins in La Liga this season, and also creates momentum for the away match against Club Brugge in the Champions League on November 5.
