Arrested 3 leaders of Bac Giang Urban Construction Management Joint Stock Company

The Investigation Police Agency - Bac Giang Provincial Police searched Ngo Duy Luong's office.

Previously, on April 18, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused, and issue a temporary detention order against the accused Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 1985), Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Director of Bac Giang Urban Works Management Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties".

During the extended investigation of the case, on April 29, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang Provincial Police continued to issue a decision to prosecute and arrest the accused for temporary detention against Ngo Duy Luong (born in 1975), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Do Van Hoai (born in 1967), Director of Bac Giang Urban Works Management Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties".

The Investigation Police Agency determined: Bac Giang Urban Construction Management Joint Stock Company, located at No. 4, Ly Thai To Street, Tran Phu Ward, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province, operates as a joint stock enterprise with a charter capital of VND 10 billion 579 million; of which, the State holds 65% of the capital, the remaining 35% is the capital of shareholders.

From 2023 to early 2025, the above defendants directed the creation of fake cash disbursement documents with huge amounts of money such as: Support expenses for officers and employees; rewards, car rental expenses... causing damage to the State's interests of billions of dong and causing damage to the interests of shareholders and employees in the company.

During the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency determined: Bac Giang Urban Construction Management Joint Stock Company, located at No. 4, Ly Thai To Street, Tran Phu Ward, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province, operates as a joint stock enterprise with a charter capital of VND 10 billion 579 million; of which, the State holds 65% of the capital, the remaining 35% is the capital of shareholders.
