Previously, on the evening of May 21, in Chuong Hoa village, Hoai Chau Bac commune (Hoai Nhon town), while patrolling, Hoai Nhon town police discovered suspect Tran Song Toan riding a motorbike on the road, so they proceeded to check. Through investigation, Toan confessed that on the afternoon of May 18, Toan was driving a motorbike with license plate 60B8-092.00 that he had just stolen in the area of ​​Bien Hoa City Bus Station, Dong Nai province, and was on his way home to Dien Xa commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province.

At around 7:00 p.m. on May 21, while going to Tu Nhi spa in Tam Quan ward (Hoai Nhon town), Toan stole a SH mode motorbike with license plate 77C1-459.16 from Ms. Dao Thi Tu Nhi (born in 1999, living in the same locality).

In addition, from 2018 to May 2023, Toan committed 11 thefts, including: 6 mobile phones, 1 Ipad, 11 motorbikes, many gold jewelry in District 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Binh Thuan , Nam Dinh, Quang Ninh.

Currently, Hoai Nhon Town Police are investigating and clarifying the behavior of subject Tran Song Toan.
