Closing ceremony of advanced political theory class K74B.16, Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, non-centralized system

(QBĐT) - On the afternoon of April 5, the Regional Political Academy III coordinated with the Provincial Political School to organize the closing ceremony of the advanced political theory class K74B.16 of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, non-concentrated system, course 2023-2025.

Attending the event were comrades: Dr. Nguyen Dung Anh, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III; Tran Vu Khiem, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

The class has 56 students who are key officials or candidates for key positions in departments, branches, sectors, and organizations at the provincial, district, and equivalent levels.

After 18 months of study, 100% of students were eligible to receive a graduation certificate, including 5 students with excellent results and 51 students with good results. 3 students were awarded certificates of merit for their excellent achievements in study and training.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the class, Mr. Nguyen Dung Anh, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III, congratulated and commended the students' learning and training results. He highly appreciated the coordination of the provincial leaders, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, and the Quang Binh Provincial Political School for their enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, responsibility, and effectiveness. This is one of the classes with the best learning and training results of the 74B course in the Central Highlands - Central region, 2023-2025 course.

The available theoretical knowledge and practical experience will be the premise and condition for students to apply in leadership, management, and operation, contributing to the development of agencies, units, and localities at all levels of Quang Binh province in the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. He also asked students to grasp basic theoretical issues; promote practical summary and theoretical research associated with Quang Binh province; go into depth in summarizing practices, focusing on answering theoretical and practical issues, forecasting development trends, providing scientific arguments; innovating methods and ways of summarizing practices...

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Tran Vu Khiem emphasized that over the past time, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has always identified the training and fostering of cadres in general, including leaders and managers at all levels, as one of the breakthroughs to build a contingent of provincial cadres with sufficient capacity, qualities, and prestige to meet the requirements and tasks of the new situation.

With the coordination of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, directly the Regional Academy of Politics III, 15 non-centralized advanced political theory classes have been organized in the province and this is the 16th class, in addition there is 1 centralized advanced political theory class in the province.

Overcoming difficulties, the students completed the program with good results, the lecturers promoted the sense of responsibility, innovated teaching methods, contributing to linking theory with practice.
