Attending the event were Major General Nguyen Cong Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work; Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, member of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, and representatives of leaders of departments, branches and organizations.

After 4 days of exciting competition, 24 art troupes with about 1,100 officers and soldiers - enthusiastic non-professional artists brought to the audience 127 art performances in the genres of singing, dancing, music, and drama. Of these, 67 were self-composed and newly composed by the authors who are leaders, officers, and soldiers in the People's Public Security.

After 4 days of exciting competition, the amateur artists brought the audience 127 unique artistic performances.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee presented the Flag of the Ministry of Public Security to 5 units and localities with excellent art programs including: Nghe An Province, Tuyen Quang Province, Emulation Cluster No. 2, Ha Nam Province and Hue City.

In addition, there were 8 police units and localities that achieved good art programs, 9 police units and localities that achieved good art programs and 2 police units and localities that made great efforts to participate in the Festival.

For the performance awards, the Ministry of Public Security decided to award the Organizing Committee's Certificates with the Ministry's Certificates of Merit to 25 performances that won A prizes; award the Organizing Committee's Certificates to 38 performances that won B prizes, 50 performances that won C prizes and 20 Certificates for thematic awards.

It is known that this time, the Regional III Mass Art Performance hosted by Hue City Police is one of the key cultural and political activities, with practical significance to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
