There are 14 units under the Department participating in the competition, starting from September 22. The competition content ensures comprehensiveness in all aspects of work. For units, the competition covers staff work, politics , logistics, engineering, and finance. For individuals: General awareness test in the form of multiple choice; administrative reform work, digital transformation; performing command movements of each person without a gun; practicing vehicle maneuvers ready for combat, fire prevention.

With a sense of responsibility and determination, the units completed the competition content well. Specifically, Brigade 972 won first prize in the brigade block; Warehouse J250 won first prize in the warehouse, factory, workshop block; Inspection Station No. 17 was awarded first prize in the central block, inspection station.

As a unit participating in the competition with high achievements, Colonel Do Van Xuan, Brigade Commander of Brigade 972 shared: The Party Committee and Brigade commanders have thoroughly implemented the Department's directives and resolutions on regular exams; led and directed the preparation work well; organized for soldiers to review the exam contents according to plan; fully prepared facilities, signs, ropes, shelves, bookkeeping systems, and vehicles; proactively consolidated the unit's landscape to be bright, green, clean, and beautiful; invested in repairing and upgrading barracks; and at the same time, done a good job of propaganda and agitation in many diverse forms to encourage and motivate the spirit of officers and soldiers.

In his closing speech, Major General Nguyen Hoang Nam highly appreciated the exam results of the units in the whole Department and emphasized: Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Party committees and commanders at all levels will continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions, directives, instructions, regimes and rules on the work of building regularity and discipline management; thoroughly overcome the weaknesses that have been pointed out. Do a good job of propaganda and agitation so that each officer and soldier clearly understands the role and importance of building regular units.
