Concrete exposed iron frame, overgrown grass in Da Nang coastal tourist area

Construction started 4 years ago and is located on the coast in Da Nang . It was widely promoted but the Aria Da Nang Hotel & Resort project is now in a state of disrepair, with only a few unfinished buildings left standing as concrete frames.

Aria Danang Hotel & Resort project is located on Truong Sa street, Hoa Hai ward (Ngu Hanh Son district, Danang) and faces Tan Tra beach.

With its prime location, the project was expected to change the face of this "golden land".

According to the introduction, the project started construction in January 2020 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. The investor is Hanoi Non Nuoc Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company and Danh Khoi Group is the project developer.

According to research, the project has a total investment of about 756 billion VND. The scale of 63,214m2 includes 2 apartment towers of 30 floors, 2 hotels of 9 floors and 28 beach villas, 1 basement connecting 2 apartment towers.

However, according to Dan Tri reporter, currently the project has only built a few unfinished and abandoned buildings, with overgrown grass inside.

Some items have become places to store rainwater; many concrete pillars are jagged, and machines lie idle in a corner.

According to the reporter's records, currently, the project shows no signs of continuing construction.

The steel has been exposed to the sun and rain for many years and is rusting. There are some deep holes and exposed concrete in the project area, which are not covered.

The investor has fenced the project on the side facing the sea, but now the fence is rusted and badly damaged.
