Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance continues to announce the list of 30 units with insurance debt

Business representatives discussed with Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Thuy Lam - Head of Labor Law Department, Faculty of Economic Law, Hanoi Law University about problems related to legal knowledge on labor and Social Insurance Law.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1490/UBND-VX1 dated March 20, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening the implementation of laws on social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) in Ha Tinh province, in April 2025, the Provincial Social Insurance provided a list of 30 units with large SI, HI, and UI debts and a long debt period up to the end of March 2025.

As a result, in April 2025, 4 units paid money: Duc Hoan Production, Trade and Construction Joint Stock Company paid 98,323,472 VND; Ha Tinh Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company paid 25 million VND; Toan Quyen Investment and Trade Company Limited paid 106,984,069 VND; Hai Anh Construction and Trade Services Company Limited paid 40 million VND.

The provincial Social Insurance continues to provide a list of 30 units (including a list of 27 units in April 2025 that have not paid or have paid a small part of the debt reduction and adding 3 units with large social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance debts and long debt periods (excluding units with large debts but have stopped operating) for the sectors to strengthen inspection, examination, and widely publicize units that owe and evade social insurance and health insurance payments on mass media.
