Phu Nhuan Ward Secretary: Clever mass mobilization is choosing difficult tasks to do

On the morning of October 23, the Party Committee of Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025) and commended typical collectives and individuals of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in 2025.

Speaking at the review of tradition, Head of the Party Building Committee Tran Huynh Nga said that promoting the glorious tradition of 95 years of the Party's mass mobilization work, in recent times, the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the ward has developed extensively, rich in content, diversified in implementation methods, entered people's lives, attracted the active participation of party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and people of all walks of life.

From there, it has promoted the values ​​of affection and inherent nature of the people of Ho Chi Minh City in general and Phu Nhuan in particular, helping those values ​​to be multiplied many times, creating a spreading effect in the community and society.

Mr. Nguyen Dong Tung emphasized that Phu Nhuan ward is the grassroots level - the place that is most direct and closest to the people, so mass mobilization work must always be practical, specific and bring clear results; not only performing assigned tasks but also requiring creativity, inspiration, and spreading in the community.

According to Mr. Nguyen Dong Tung, skillful mass mobilization is choosing difficult tasks to do. Skillful mass mobilization work only shows the heart, but it is not enough; the important thing is to mobilize the people's strength, arouse the spirit of participation and consensus of the people with the political system.

To effectively carry out mass mobilization work, Mr. Nguyen Dong Tung requested the participation and close coordination between the Party Committee, the government, the front, organizations and other forces; thereby creating a combined strength, contributing to the good implementation of the ward's tasks.

Each activity and each skillful mass mobilization movement must truly become a source of inspiration - first of all within the ward's cadres, party members, and armed forces - and then spread to the community.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phu Nhuan Ward awarded certificates of merit to 14 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement in 2025.
