According to the recent recommendation of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention - Ministry of Public Security , users should not participate in "winning" programs, "lucky scratch tickets" appearing on social networks or via text messages to avoid being scammed. Recently, scammers have set up many websites impersonating major brands, sending notifications to users "winning". They ask victims to transfer money for many different reasons to receive prizes and many people have been scammed. Therefore, users should not provide personal information or bank accounts to strangers; do not transfer money in advance in any form without clear verification. Although the form of online winning is not new, it is constantly changing, users need to be vigilant, not letting trust and subjectivity become "easy prey" for high-tech criminals.
