BIDV and Coteccons signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement

According to the signed agreement, BIDV and Coteccons will strengthen cooperation towards the goal of becoming comprehensive partners to build a long-term, sustainable strategy, maximizing the potential and strengths of both sides.

In particular, in the context of a volatile market, the cooperation between two large enterprises in the banking and construction sectors affirms the efforts of Vietnamese enterprises to recover, break through, and develop sustainably; contributing to promoting the common prosperity of the national socio -economic situation.

Mr. Le Ngoc Lam (General Director of BIDV ) and Mr. Vo Hoang Lam (General Director of Coteccons) represented the leaders of the two units to sign a comprehensive cooperation agreement for the period 2023-2027.

BIDV will provide comprehensive financial solutions for Coteccons including banking products, securities, insurance, financial restructuring, centralized cash flow management, electronic banking system connection, supply chain financing, etc. In particular, BIDV will be the bank to arrange short-term, medium- and long-term capital for the production and business activities of Coteccons as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the fields of construction and project investment of the company.

In addition, BIDV provides Coteccons' officers and employees with superior product packages (personal credit, savings deposits, electronic banking services...) with the most competitive policies and prices.

BIDV and Coteccons also committed to using each other's systems to enhance cooperation in promoting brands, cross-selling each other's products and services, creating sustainable value for each party, for the community and society.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director of BIDV, said: " BIDV and Coteccons have always been reliable partners, accompanying each other in development for nearly two decades. The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement today marks the continuation of success and affirms the determination to build a comprehensive cooperative relationship between the two units in the new period ."

Mr. Vo Hoang Lam - General Director of Coteccons, shared: “ 2023 is the year of reconstruction for growth of Coteccons with the strategy of diversifying production into many new fields; in which infrastructure is an important pillar in the development strategy for the period 2021-2025 to achieve the revenue target of 3 billion USD.

With this goal, Coteccons is very pleased to receive comprehensive financial support from BIDV to further strengthen internal strength, enhance competitiveness, expand domestic market share and create a premise for developing business activities abroad .
