On the eve of the Vietnam - Korea Digital Forum 2025, LetuinEdu - Korea's leading high-tech human resource training and development organization - announced its plan to expand its operations to Vietnam. This is a strategic step to promote bilateral cooperation in digital transformation, education and semiconductor human resource development, contributing to making Vietnam a high-tech hub of the ASEAN region.

This year’s Digital Forum, organized by the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Korean Information Technology Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), brings together dozens of businesses from both countries in the fields of AI, digital industry and smart education. With the theme “Connecting the future with artificial intelligence”, the event is expected to open up many new cooperation opportunities, in which LetuinEdu is one of the pioneers bringing high-tech training solutions applying AI and Metaverse.

Founded in 2014 in Seoul, LetuinEdu has cooperated with 45 universities, 170 industry experts and 30,000 students, including many programs with Samsung Electronics. With the philosophy of “Connecting Knowledge - Nurturing Global Tech Talent”, LetuinEdu aims to build a knowledge bridge between Korea and Vietnam, bringing advanced training technology to serve the sustainable development of the region.

Metaverse - the future of semiconductor training that LetuinEdu brings to Digital Forum 2025

At the Vietnam - Korea Digital Forum 2025, LetuinEdu will introduce Metaverse-based Semiconductor Training Solution - a semiconductor training platform applying advanced AR/VR/XR and AI. This is one of the most prominent Korean solutions in the EdTech field.

The solution allows learners to simulate the entire semiconductor chip manufacturing process in a realistic 3D environment, from operating the equipment, controlling the line, to troubleshooting technical problems. Thanks to that, universities, research institutes and businesses can deploy training without investing in clean rooms or equipment worth millions of dollars.

According to LetuinEdu, this model helps reduce training costs by 80%, shorten learning time by 4 times and double practical capacity compared to traditional methods. Integrated XR and AI technology helps with automatic assessment, feedback and grading, providing a personalized and absolutely safe learning experience.

The platform has been applied at major training institutions in Korea such as Korea Semiconductor Training Institute, Tech University of Korea, Sejong University, and SeoulTech, recording 95% student satisfaction. In the near future, LetuinEdu will deploy a trial version at Letuin Vietnam Education Center ( Hanoi ) to prepare for a deeper cooperation phase after the Forum.

Sharing about the development orientation, Mr. Kim Yong Tae, Director of Letuin Vietnam, said: “Vietnam is a convergence point of technological potential and young human resources. In the next 5 years, Vietnam can become a regional semiconductor training center, where knowledge and technology are connected without borders.”

Semiconductor specialized textbooks compiled by LetuinEdu, including the Vietnamese version "Understanding the semiconductor manufacturing process" - a document that standardizes knowledge for Vietnamese engineers and students.

According to Mr. Kim, LetuinEdu chose Vietnam because the Korean Government has identified this country as a strategic partner in industrial human resource training. At the Vietnam - Korea Digital Forum 2025, the company hopes to expand cooperation with Vietnamese universities, technology enterprises and management agencies, and jointly develop a bilingual Vietnamese - Korean international semiconductor certification program.
