Hai Hoa Beach is recognized as a provincial tourist area.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On March 25, 2025, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 872/QD-UBND on recognizing the Hai Hoa coastal provincial tourist area, Hai Hoa ward, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province.

Accordingly, Hai Hoa coastal tourist area, Hai Hoa ward, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province, was recognized as a provincial-level tourist area.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is fully responsible before the law, the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies for the approval authority of the consulting and appraisal content; the accuracy and legality of the provided documents and certificates, reported data and ensuring the conditions and standards in accordance with the provisions of law.

Nghi Son Town People's Committee and Hai Hoa Ward People's Committee are responsible for implementing and directing the management, exploitation and development of Hai Hoa Provincial Sea Tourist Area in accordance with current regulations of the State; ensuring the preservation and development of tourism resources, environmental sanitation and security, order and safety for tourists; creating favorable conditions for tourists to visit; ensuring the participation of the community in tourism activities.

The Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Finance; Construction; Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Provincial Police and relevant agencies and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for guiding, coordinating, inspecting and urging the People's Committee of Nghi Son town and the People's Committee of Hai Hoa ward to deploy the management, exploitation and development of the Hai Hoa coastal provincial tourist area according to current regulations of the State.

Hai Hoa Beach being recognized as a provincial tourist area will be one of the important premises to make Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area become one of the key tourist attractions of Thanh Hoa province.
