In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, with respect and infinite gratitude to beloved President Ho Chi Minh , Colonel Hoang Van Loi, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the TTG Corps, on behalf of the delegation, reported and respectfully offered to Uncle Ho the typical and outstanding achievements and feats that the officers, party members and soldiers of the Corps had achieved during the 66 years of building, fighting, growing and developing.

Over the past 66 years, under the leadership of the Party, directly by the Central Military Commission and the Minister of National Defense , generations of cadres, party members and soldiers of the TTG Corps have always kept in mind and followed Uncle Ho's teachings, strived to overcome all difficulties and hardships, fought bravely and won many glorious victories, wrote the tradition of "Once in the army, we must win", achieved many outstanding feats in the resistance war against the US, to save the country, to carry out international missions as well as in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command pinned the Uncle Ho badge on the Chief of the Armored Corps Command.

Together with the entire army, the TTG Corps always upholds and promotes tradition; steadily moves forward, achieving many outstanding achievements. In carrying out their tasks, officers and party members of the TTG Corps always promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, strive to be worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's Soldiers, self-reliant, proactive, creative, overcoming difficulties, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

Over the past years, the Party Committee and Command of the TTG Corps, together with Party committees and commanders at all levels, have actively innovated, flexibly and creatively focused on leadership, direction, and mobilized all resources to improve the overall quality, level and combat readiness capability, training and education results have been good and excellent, participation in sports and competitions at the military and international levels has always been at the top and achieved many outstanding achievements, the entire Corps is politically strong; ensuring good logistics, technical and financial work for missions; the lives of officers and soldiers have been improved.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, cadres and party members of the TTG Corps promise to Uncle Ho, to study and follow the glorious revolutionary path that Uncle Ho showed: to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, the people and the socialist regime, determined to compete to excellently fulfill the goals and targets of the resolution for the 2025-2030 term; to make an important contribution to building an elite, compact and strong Corps, to excellently complete all assigned tasks, always worthy of the tradition "Once in battle, we must win".

At the ceremony, Major General Pham Van Hieu, Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command, pinned the Uncle Ho badge on the Chief of the TTG Corps Command. The Chief of the TTG Corps Command pinned the Uncle Ho badge on the delegates attending the ceremony and organized a flower-laying ceremony to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the Mausoleum.
