Binh Giang undergrounds power lines on provincial road 392

The project of undergrounding 0.4kV power line was implemented starting from Binh Giang High School to the road to Hoach Trach village, Thai Minh commune.

The People's Council of Binh Giang district, term XX, passed a Resolution on deciding on the investment policy for the Project of undergrounding 0.4kV power lines on provincial road 392.

Road 392 is the central road of Binh Giang district. Currently, the sidewalk section from km6+385 (Binh Giang High School) to km7+283.33 (road to Hoach Trach village, Thai Minh commune) has been renovated.

However, the system of exposed electric poles and wires above is tangled and degraded, and the lighting is using electric poles for hanging, so it does not ensure light and urban beauty.

Binh Giang District decided to build a low-voltage underground cable line, meter cabinet pedestal and meter cabinets on both sides of the sidewalk to supply electricity for residential areas with a length of more than 1.9 km and underground cable lines from the meter cabinet location to the beginning of the plots of land to supply electricity to households in the residential area.

This project is invested by the Binh Giang District Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total estimated investment of nearly 17.9 billion VND from the district budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and the transition period 2026-2030. The project implementation period is in the period 2024-2026.

Previously, Binh Giang district had buried power lines underground on Dinh Tien Hoang, Tran Hung Dao, and Pham Ngu Lao streets in Ke Sat town.
