Accordingly, after considering the proposal of the Land Fund Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster and the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the policy of relocating and burying the 0.4kV low-voltage line and lighting at the HT1-4 and HT1-4.3 poles at the intersection between the road connecting DT.609C to National Highway 14B and DT.609 road in Dai Quang commune to carry out site clearance for the investment project to build the road connecting DT.609C to National Highway 14B, Dai Loc district according to the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade to ensure aesthetics and safety during operation.

Dai Loc District People's Committee is responsible for directing the Land Fund Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster (the unit implementing compensation and site clearance) to preside over and coordinate with Dai Quang Agricultural Cooperative (owner of the power project) to prepare design plans - cost estimates for undergrounding the affected power project, report to Dai Loc District People's Committee for consideration and decision to select to complete the dossier and appraise and approve the relocation and site clearance support plan according to regulations.

Dai Quang Agricultural Cooperative is responsible for coordinating with the Land Fund Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster to agree on the relocation plan, report to Dai Loc District People's Committee for consideration and decision to prepare documents and procedures according to regulations and carry out the relocation of affected power works to ensure the required progress.
