Undergrounding low-voltage power lines and lighting is necessary to clear the land for the road connecting Provincial Road 609C to National Highway 14B.

Accordingly, after considering the proposal from the Land Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster and the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the principle of relocating and burying underground the 0.4kV low-voltage power line and lighting section between poles HT1-4 and HT1-4.3 at the intersection between the road connecting DT.609C to National Highway 14B and DT.609 in Dai Quang commune to facilitate land clearance for the investment project to build the road connecting DT.609C to National Highway 14B in Dai Loc district, as requested by the Department of Industry and Trade, to ensure aesthetics and safety during operation.

The People's Committee of Dai Loc District is responsible for directing the Land Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster (the unit responsible for compensation and land clearance) to take the lead and coordinate with Dai Quang Agricultural Cooperative (owner of the power infrastructure) to develop design and cost estimate plans for undergrounding the affected power infrastructure. These plans should be reported to the People's Committee of Dai Loc District for consideration and decision on selection, in order to finalize the dossier and appraise and approve the relocation and land clearance support plan according to regulations.

The Dai Quang Agricultural Cooperative is responsible for coordinating with the Land Development Center - Dai Loc Industrial Cluster to agree on a relocation plan, report to the Dai Loc District People's Committee for consideration and decision, prepare the necessary documents and procedures according to regulations, and carry out the relocation of the affected power infrastructure in accordance with the required schedule.
