Nghe An Provincial Military Command summarizes the work of the Youth Union and Youth movement for the period 2022-2025

The Provincial Youth Union delegation included comrade Ho Phuc Hai - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union. Also attending the conference were the Head of the General Staff, Political Logistics - Engineering Department; representatives of the Military Region's Mass Affairs Department, sister units in the province, and 80 delegates who were outstanding union officials and members elected from the Youth Union Congresses at all levels in the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.

Over the years, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Military Command has seriously implemented the Resolutions of Party committees at all levels and the orders of commanders; proactively grasped the situation, regularly educated and raised political awareness for youth union members. Actively advised and coordinated with agencies, departments, local Youth Union organizations, and twinned units to promote activities aimed at implementing the political tasks of agencies, units, and social activities. Many typical movements, programs and models have been participated in, maintained and effectively promoted by the Youth Union organizations such as: "Connecting love between the clergy and the laity", "Helping children go to school", "Youth watchtower", "Bowl of water on the training ground", "Sewing soldiers' shirts", "Border pulling hands", "Volunteer house", "Model study week", "Youth Union branch without cadres and youth union members violating discipline and law". Coordinate well the implementation of the program "Warm Tet in the Western region of Nghe An", organize the provision of medicine, free medical examination and treatment for people in difficult areas, remote areas, ethnic minority areas.

Particularly outstanding, regularly and effectively maintaining the model "I love my Fatherland - Giving national flags to fishermen at sea" has given away more than 50,000 national flags, more than 704 gifts, with a total value of more than 2 billion VND; in 2024, the youth union model: "I love my Fatherland - Giving flags to fishermen at sea" was organized and honored by the Central Propaganda Department as a typical national model of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", widely spread throughout the Military Region and the whole country.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, with the slogan of action "Young people of Nghe An province's armed forces are aspirational, united, creative, innovative and developing", the conference determined to carry out two breakthroughs including: Being proactive in training and combat readiness tasks; building discipline and discipline management; contributing to building a strong, compact and refined provincial armed forces to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Provincial Youth Union in the past time, and emphasized: In the coming time, the Youth Union organizations need to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; attach importance to political and ideological education, foster revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, arouse the desire to contribute, the spirit of initiative and creativity of cadres and union members.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command requested the youth of the provincial armed forces to promote the application of science and technology and digital transformation in the work of the Youth Union; to combine youth movement activities with the implementation of training tasks, combat readiness and building a comprehensively strong provincial armed forces that are "exemplary and typical", well meeting the requirements and tasks set out in the new situation.
