Division 395 summarizes the work of the Youth Union and youth movement for the period 2022 - 2025

On October 29, Division 395 (Military Region 3) held a conference to review the activities of the Youth Union and Youth Movement (CTĐ and PTTN) for the period of 2022 - 2025 and the direction and tasks for the period of 2025 - 2030. Colonel Do Trung Kien, Deputy Political Commissar of the Division, and Colonel Nguyen Van Tiep, Deputy Division Commander of Division 395 attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were 100 outstanding Youth Union cadres and members representing all Youth Union members and youth in the entire division.

During the period 2022-2025, the youth of the 395th Division successfully implemented emulation movements linked to revolutionary action movements and campaigns of the Army and the unit, with many diverse, rich, attractive, and creative activities and forms.

Notable movements include: “Army Youth cultivating virtue, honing skills, being proactive and creative, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era”; “Excellent training youth union branches”, “Model youth study hours”... In particular, in 2025, young people in agencies and units within the division will actively participate in the “Popular Education Movement”. Through this, they will make a significant contribution to building the political fortitude, confidence, and responsibility of cadres, union members, and young people in performing their duties, contributing to building a clean, strong, and exemplary Party organization; and a comprehensively strong, “exemplary and outstanding” agency and unit.

With the action slogan "Unity, discipline; courage, aspiration; pioneering, decisive victory," for the period 2025-2030, the 395th Division sets the goal of ensuring that 100% of its officers and youth union members are exemplary in ethics and lifestyle, sharp in professional skills, in good health, and have a strong will to strive for excellence. The division aims to build a Youth Union organization and its officers that meet the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern division; pioneering in successfully carrying out political tasks and implementing directives, orders, and regulations from superiors regarding combat training. The aim is for 100% of Youth Union officers, officers within the eligible age range for Youth Union activities, and officers with dual training responsibilities to be assigned according to their respective levels. By the end of 2026, 100% of youth union officials will have a thorough understanding of digital transformation, skills in using digital platforms and AI technology, proficiency in using document management and operational software, and the ability to utilize digital platforms and services for their work.

To achieve the aforementioned goals, the conference identified the following breakthroughs: Firstly, fostering a spirit of dedication, enhancing political acumen and a sense of responsibility, strictly adhering to laws and regulations, and upholding and promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new era. Secondly, innovating and improving the quality of the youth union cadre; pioneering the learning and application of digital skills in youth union activities and movements, and in fulfilling the unit's political tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Do Trung Kien commended the achievements of the Youth Union organizations within the division over the past period. He also requested that in the coming time, Party committees, political commissars, commanders, and political agencies at all levels continue to thoroughly understand and seriously implement the directives and conclusions of the Central Committee, and the action programs of Party committees at all levels on strengthening the Party's leadership over youth work. Agencies and units need to do a good job of propaganda and education , raising awareness, building strong political resolve, and fostering absolute trust in the Party's leadership among cadres and Youth Union members, ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks.

At the conference, the 395th Division awarded prizes to 4 collectives and 8 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the "Army Youth Movement for Morality, Talent Development, Pioneering, Creativity, and Worthy of Being Called Soldiers of Uncle Ho" during the 2022-2025 period.
