In the period of 2022 - 2025, the youth of Division 395 have carried out well the emulation movement associated with revolutionary action movements, campaigns of the Army and units with many diverse, rich, attractive and creative contents and forms of activities.

Notable movements are: "Youth of the Army cultivates morality, trains talent, is proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era"; "Excellent training Youth Union", "Model youth class hours"... In particular, in 2025, the youth of agencies and units in the division actively responded to the implementation of the movement "Popular education number". Thereby, it significantly contributes to building political mettle, confidence, and responsibility of cadres, union members, and youth in performing tasks, contributing to building a strong, clean, and exemplary Party organization; a comprehensively strong, "exemplary, exemplary" agency and unit.

With the slogan of action "Solidarity, discipline; courage, aspiration; proactive, determined to win", in the period of 2025 - 2030, Division 395 sets the target of 100% of the division's cadres and youth union members being exemplary in ethics and lifestyle, sharp in professional expertise, in good health, and determined to strive to improve. Building the Youth Union organization and cadres to meet the requirements of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern division; proactively carrying out political tasks and instructions, orders, and regulations of superiors on combat training. Strive for 100% of the Youth Union cadres, cadres of the age of being active in the Youth Union, and cadres holding part-time positions to be trained according to decentralization. By the end of 2026, 100% of union officials will understand digital transformation, have skills in using digital platforms, AI technology, use document management and operation software, and be able to use digital platforms and services for work.

To achieve the above goals, the conference determined to make breakthroughs: First, build the aspiration to contribute, improve political capacity, sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the law and discipline, maintain and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era. Second, innovate and improve the quality of the youth union cadre team; pioneer in learning and applying digital skills in youth union activities and youth movements and carry out political tasks of the unit.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Do Trung Kien praised the results and achievements of the Youth Union organizations in the division in the past time. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, Party committees, political commissars, commanders and political agencies at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Central Committee's directives and conclusions, and the action programs of Party committees at all levels on strengthening the Party's leadership over youth work. Agencies and units need to do a good job of propaganda, education , raising awareness, building a strong political stance, and absolute trust in the Party's leadership for cadres and youth union members, ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well.
