Military Region 2 also directed supplementary training on many practical tasks, focusing on: command and staff work for the Regional Defense Command; developing combat readiness documents and exercise documents at the commune (ward) level; operational documents and plans of the Border Guard Command; organization and methods of training officers and tactical training for infantry companies equipped with strong firepower to attack enemy defenses; use of UAVs in modern warfare; digital transformation...

In his directive speech, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai emphasized that in 2026, Military Region 2 faces many major and important tasks, requiring officers at all levels to possess strong political resolve, in-depth professional expertise, and increasingly comprehensive organizational, command, staff, and troop management capabilities to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

To ensure the training course achieves its objectives and requirements, the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2 requested that the organizing committee and the training course command maintain strict discipline, manage the course closely, adhere to the program and plan, and ensure absolute safety.

Officials participating in the training should demonstrate a sense of responsibility, focus on studying and fully absorbing the content in order to effectively apply it to their practical work at their agencies and units.

The training course aims to unify understanding and methods, improve the quality of training and combat readiness, and contribute to the successful completion of military and national defense tasks of the Armed Forces of Military Region 2 in 2026 and subsequent years.
