68 trainees are officers from agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command. Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command attended and gave a speech.
During the training period, the trainees were introduced, instructed and agreed on a number of contents on: Staff work, combat; combat training staff; guarding, building discipline, training discipline; Party work, political work; logistics, engineering, finance.
The training course also focuses on border work; in which, it focuses on general theoretical issues about territory and national borders.
In addition, departments, offices and affiliated units shall base on the actual situation and results of task implementation to provide additional training on appropriate content for their level.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, emphasized: Currently, after the reorganization, local military agencies are facing difficulties and shortcomings in the process of performing military and defense tasks.
Therefore, the training and fostering contents this time aim to consolidate, supplement, and improve knowledge levels, as a basis for unified and effective implementation in the Provincial Military Command.
Training of cadres should be carried out according to the motto "If the subject is weak, then train, if the content is new, then update, if it is lacking, then supplement, if it is not unified, then unify". Thereby, creating a certain change in the quality of the cadre team, meeting the requirements of performing tasks in the new situation.
Responsible for organizing the training, Colonel Le Anh Vuong, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, requested the Organizing Committee of the training course to direct the preparation of all aspects of the training content and program. At the same time, organize regular inspections to serve as a basis for evaluating the results of the training task implementation in the last 6 months of 2025.

Along with that, it is necessary to strictly maintain the living and studying regime, monitor the competition and evaluate the results of each individual and unit, ensure regularity and strictly comply with military discipline.
For teachers, prepare well lesson plans, lectures, and materials to ensure class time. In particular, focus on key content, close to the local and unit situation.
