Over 21 years of implementation, thanks to the leadership and guidance of the Party and State leaders; and the active and effective participation of central and local ministries, agencies, and organizations; Thanks to the outstanding efforts of the business community and their aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam, the Vietnam National Brand Program has achieved many positive results, attracting special attention and gaining great prestige among the business community and consumers both domestically and internationally. It has become a solid launching pad for Vietnamese businesses to rise and create new values and strengths for the country.
According to the Minister, as the Standing Agency of the Program, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been actively coordinating with other ministries, central and local agencies, political and social organizations, industry associations, and international partners to effectively implement the key contents of the Program over the years. In particular, the content regarding the promotion and advertising of the Program, linked to the promotion of products achieving the Vietnam National Brand status, has been given special attention. Recognizing the importance of information and communication work in promoting, developing, and protecting Vietnamese brands, especially on major, multi-media platforms with significant prestige and influence in the domestic and international press, the Ministry has been actively involved in this effort. Since October 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has actively coordinated with the Nhan Dan Newspaper to develop the Vietnam National Brand website's special section, aiming to provide a comprehensive and authoritative information and data system on the Vietnam National Brand Program and businesses and products that have achieved national brand status. This is a significant event, marking the establishment of an official information channel about the outstanding activities of the Vietnam National Brand Program and the businesses and products that have achieved National Brand status. It also introduces and promotes leading national brands and trademarks, thereby raising social awareness of the role, significance, importance, and necessity of building, protecting, and developing brands in the production, business, and investment activities of enterprises. Simultaneously, it builds and promotes the image of Vietnam as a reputable country attracting investment and producing high-quality goods and services for both domestic and international markets, contributing to enhancing national competitiveness and increasing the pride and attractiveness of Vietnam and its people.

At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is committed to continuing to closely coordinate with the Nhan Dan Newspaper and relevant agencies and units to effectively operate and maintain the Vietnam National Brand website, meeting the increasingly high information needs of all levels, sectors, the business community, and domestic and international consumers.
At the ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, stated that many Vietnamese brands have now achieved global stature, such as Viettel and Vinamilk. However, building, developing, and protecting brands remains a weakness for domestic businesses. The National Brand section in Nhan Dan Newspaper will be a reputable search channel both domestically and internationally. Accordingly, the National Brand section comprises four main categories: Brands, Businesses, News, and Multimedia. Readers can search and learn in detail about the brands and products of businesses by industry, sector, and year they achieved National Brand status; and find photo and video series about the production and development processes of products that have achieved National Brand status. The section also includes content and special features aimed at protecting brands and building an image of Vietnam as a reputable country with high-quality goods and services.
The highlight of the National Brand website is that each business with a product that has achieved National Brand status will have its own page, designed in a modern and highly interactive style. Each business's page includes: business information; news articles and press releases about the business/product; photos, infographics, and videos about the business and its products. After launching the Vietnamese version, the Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will collaborate to develop an English version in the near future.
