
Following the administrative boundary reorganization, An Sinh ward occupies a strategic position within the cultural, spiritual, and ecological space, serving as the core area of the Tran Dynasty heritage and a key connecting point on the spiritual and historical tourism route.
Currently, the ward has 1 special national historical site, 2 national-level historical sites, 2 provincial-level historical sites; and 17 historical sites inventoried and preserved according to regulations. Key historical sites include: Thai Mieu Temple, An Sinh Temple, the system of tombs of the Tran kings, Ho Lao communal house and pagoda, Bac Ma pagoda, etc. This heritage system forms a unique complex of historical sites in Vietnamese history, closely associated with the most prosperous period of the Tran dynasty. The sites have ancient architecture, serene landscapes, many traces of palace foundations, stone bases, ancient inscriptions, tomb towers, and meditation huts reflecting the depth of history, architecture, and national culture.
The ward boasts a rich system of festivals, closely linked to the spiritual space – the heritage of the Tran Dynasty and traditional culture. Every year, the locality organizes 10 festivals at various historical sites, including provincial-level festivals that attract numerous visitors from all over. Notable examples include the Thai Mieu Festival, the An Sinh Temple Festival, the Ho Lao Temple and Pagoda Festival, and the Bac Ma Pagoda Festival.
In addition, the ward boasts natural ecological spaces such as Khe Che Lake, Trai Loc Lake, Khe Che forest - Khe Che stream - Mo waterfall. Particularly noteworthy is the vast agricultural and orchard area with over 500 hectares of fruit trees including custard apples, pomelos, grapes, persimmons, lychees, and guavas, concentrated in residential areas and linked to the garden-based economic model; and approximately 300 hectares of high-quality rice, creating a peaceful rural landscape suitable for developing unique tourism products that differentiate it from other localities.

Based on a thorough understanding of the local potential and advantages, in addition to immediate solutions aimed at developing the tourism ecosystem and making An Sinh a year-round destination, the Party Committee of the ward is currently focusing on finalizing a draft resolution on the development of tourism and services associated with ecological landscapes and cultural heritage in the area until 2030, with a vision to 2050. This resolution identifies the following targets: By 2030, the total number of tourists will reach 100,000 to 150,000 per year. The average length of stay will be 1.5 days; including over 5,000 international tourists. Tourism will account for nearly 20% of the ward's economy, creating jobs for over 3,000 workers, including 600 direct employees; 40% of direct employees will have received professional training.
By 2040, the total number of tourists is expected to reach 300,000-350,000 per year. The average length of stay will be 2 days, including over 10,000 international tourists. Tourism and services will account for approximately 25% of the ward's economy, creating jobs for 5,000 workers, including 1,200 direct employees; 80% of direct employees will have received professional training. By 2050, An Sinh will become a top destination for spiritual, ecological, and resort tourism in the western part of the province.
To achieve this goal, the ward will focus on implementing a comprehensive set of solutions, including: strengthening propaganda efforts, innovating thinking, and enhancing the responsibility of the entire political system, business community, and all segments of the population regarding tourism development; reviewing, improving, and effectively implementing planning and planning management; developing and promulgating appropriate mechanisms and policies for tourism development; increasing investment resources for developing infrastructure and technical facilities serving tourism; and developing diverse tourism spaces and products with the ward's distinctive brand.
In addition, the ward will strengthen promotional activities to attract investment; actively apply science and technology and digital transformation in tourism development; Strengthening linkages with localities within and outside the province to develop attractive tourist tours and routes, especially those related to the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiet Bac World Heritage sites, making tourism a new growth pillar and making a significant contribution to the ward's GRDP growth.
