The Ministry of Industry and Trade will hold two conferences on legal work.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade organized two conferences under the Project to strengthen and perfect the apparatus, human resources, functions, tasks, regimes and policies of legal organizations.

On November 4, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3249/QD-BCT on organizing two conferences under the Project to consolidate and perfect the apparatus, human resources, functions, tasks, regimes and policies of legal organizations in the Industry and Trade sector from now to 2030.

Specifically, the two conferences are as follows:

- Conference on training and coaching on legal work for units under the Ministry, public service units and enterprises under the Ministry. The conference will be held in the fourth quarter of 2025, expected to take place in the North ( Hai Phong ).

The training subjects are full-time or part-time civil servants involved in legal work, participating in law making and enforcement at units under the Ministry; public service units under the Ministry; corporations, general companies, and enterprises under the state management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; members of the Working Group according to Decision 620/QD-BCT dated March 6, 2024 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

- Conference to summarize and compete in legal work for units under the Ministry, public service units and enterprises under the Ministry for the period 2021 - 2025. The conference will be held in the fourth quarter of 2025, in Hanoi . Participants include units under the Ministry, public service units under the Ministry; corporations, general companies, and enterprises under the state management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In the Decision, the Head of the Legal Department is assigned to sign the invitation letter and other documents (if any) to carry out specific tasks to organize the conference; The Ministry Office coordinates with the Legal Department, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to carry out tasks to organize the conference according to regulations.
