Nghe An Border Guard calls on ships to take shelter from storm No. 3 and advises the Provincial People's Committee to ban sea travel from July 21.

Storm No. 3 (WIPHA) is developing complicatedly, forecast to make landfall directly in the Northern provinces and cause rain and whirlwinds to the North Central provinces. The Command of Nghe An Border Guard has proactively deployed response measures, calling on ships to take shelter from the storm.
