The Ministry of Transport has recently issued a document responding to a petition from voters in Quang Nam province regarding the upgrading and expansion of several national highways passing through the area.
According to voters in Quang Nam, national highways 14B (through Nam Giang and Dai Loc districts), 14D (through Nam Giang district), and 14H (the section from Nong Son bridge, Que Trung commune to Truong Son Dong road, Nong Son district, Quang Nam province) have very high traffic volumes while the road surface is narrow, congested, and in poor condition.
Therefore, voters have petitioned the Ministry of Transport to promptly develop a plan to invest in expanding and upgrading these national highways.
