Ministry of Foreign Affairs supports Lam Dong in foreign affairs

On September 22, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs working group led by Mr. Le Hai Trieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Law and International Treaties, worked with Lam Dong Department of Foreign Affairs on foreign affairs.

Lam Dong currently has 141km of land border with Mondulkiri province (Cambodia) with 2 border gates. The province also has more than 190km of coastline, creating a strategic advantage for developing border economy , marine economy and expanding international cooperation.

In the field of foreign affairs, Lam Dong inherits and develops many cooperative relationships with countries around the world . Of which, it is maintaining 8 international agreements with 6 countries, attracting many FDI projects.

Every year, the province receives an average of 8-10 foreign non-governmental aid projects. Lam Dong also owns major UNESCO titles such as: Da Lat - Global Creative City of Music; Dak Nong UNESCO Global Geopark; Lang Biang World Biosphere Reserve...

This is an important resource and foundation for Lam Dong to expand exchanges, promote its image, take advantage of international resources, and serve sustainable development.
