Appointment of new leader of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy

The ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on personnel work for the Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger was held in Yen Bai this morning (June 27).

Phát biểu tại buổi Lễ, ông Trịnh Xuân Trường – Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lào Cai đánh giá từ khi tách tỉnh Hoàng Liên Sơn năm 1991, Viện KSND 2 tỉnh Lào Cai và Yên Bái đã không ngừng phát huy vai trò, chức năng, nhiệm vụ, đặc biệt là trong công tác thực hành quyền công tố và kiểm sát các hoạt động tư pháp. Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Lào Cai chúc mừng Viện KSND 2 tỉnh đã về chung một nhà và hy vọng trong thời gian tới Viện KSND tỉnh Lào Cai sau sáp nhập sẽ nỗ lực hơn nữa để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province assessed that since the separation of Hoang Lien Son province in 1991, the People's Procuracies of Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces have continuously promoted their roles, functions and tasks, especially in the practice of the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities. The Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee congratulated the People's Procuracies of the two provinces on coming together and hoped that in the coming time, the People's Procuracy of Lao Cai province after the merger will make more efforts to complete the assigned tasks. Phát biểu giao nhiệm vụ, ông Hồ Đức Anh - Phó Viện trưởng Viện KSND Tối cao nhận định đây là dấu mốc quan trọng trong quá trình kiện toàn tổ chức bộ máy của VKS 2 cấp tỉnh Lào Cai sau hợp nhất. Phó Viện trưởng Viện KSND Tối cao hy vọng ông Nguyễn Minh Tiến sẽ nhanh chóng bắt nhịp, phát huy vai trò hạt nhân lãnh đạo cùng tập thể Đảng ủy, lãnh đạo viện và toàn ngành kiểm sát Lào Cai hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao. Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, said that this is an important milestone in the process of perfecting the organizational structure of the 2-level Procuracy of Lao Cai province after the merger. Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy hopes that Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien will quickly catch up, promote the role of the core leader with the Party Committee, the leadership of the institute and the entire Lao Cai procuracy to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
